How do I receive the voucher?
Once you have decided on the voucher value, all you have to do is complete the order and you will then receive the voucher with the appropriate code by e-mail. You can also have the code sent directly to the recipient of the voucher.
Is a personalization of the voucher possible? we will be happy to send you a high-resolution file of the front and back of the voucher card to your e-mail as a PDF and image file (see example images of the front and back). You can then print these out, write on them and fill in the empty fields with your personal message! You can then send the voucher yourself or give it as a physical gift as you wish.
How can I redeem the voucher?
You or the recipient simply enter the code for the voucher in the field provided during the ordering process. If the price of the order is lower than the voucher, this is also no problem. You keep the remaining value of your voucher until it has been used up. Cash payment of the voucher value is not possible.
